How do I return an item? Damaged Items ? Refunds?
If there is an issue with any items contact us via email at email@example.com immediately. Our policy is a no refund policy (no exceptions). We do not accept returns due to the hand crafted nature of our products, sanitation purposes but any errors or issues with shipment will be resolved please advise within 24 hours of any issue with shipments. You can file claims with the USPS for damaged or broken items we are not responsible for damaged items once shipped, we will gladly help out with filing the claim if you need assistance.
